I created a small sacred space with coloured candles, crystals and stones I'd collected along the way, feathers, an acorn, some soil, sage. It's still evolving — I'm planning to make it more personal as I go — but even in its early form, it held something real for me.

I danced, sweated, pushed myself. I began choosing my food more intentionally, moving away from cheap thrills and toward things that actually nourished me. And I noticed it — I felt more radiant, more peaceful, genuinely happier.

My biggest insight? Honouring who I am and actually recognising myself in like-minded women. That sense of vibrating on the same frequency — that alignment was everything.

I don't feel dramatically different in my energy yet. I'd say I'm about the same, but far more aware. And awareness, I'm learning, is where it all begins.

What I'm most proud of is admiring my own reflection more. That might sound small. It isn't.

My sacred space has been a journey in itself. I created a small altar and loved it immediately — and then I began to notice how much energy it collects. It needs regular clearing and shifting, which in itself has become a practice. That awareness felt like an important lesson right away.

I move daily and intentionally. Boxing, dancing, yoga, flowing, breathing, household movement — it all counts. And what I discovered this month was profound: I found the power in my luteal phase. I'd always found that time of the month the hardest. This course helped me understand it — and for the first time, I felt a sense of peace in it rather than just enduring it.

I'm somewhat more energised than I was four weeks ago. The breakthrough has been staying consistent and deepening my trust in what's inside me. Breathing through heavy emotions instead of running from them. Finding peace where I used to find frustration.

My sacred space feels like safety now. I set it up by my bed so it's there for my morning and evening rituals — my meditation, my breathing, my quiet time. It keeps evolving with each new addition. It's become a living, growing thing.

This month has also been something deeply personal and new: I only recently started my period, and learning about cycles — the moon, the body, the rhythm of it all — through this group has been genuinely life-changing. I started tracking how I feel, logging my energy and emotions, connecting with the moon phases. It's beautiful, and it's mine now.

My biggest breakthrough this month was boundary setting. Learning to be kinder and wiser to myself. Saying no. Resting without guilt. And noticing what happens when you actually honour those limits — people respect you more. That was a surprise and a gift.

My anxiety has reduced. That alone makes everything worth it.

I'm a professional dancer. Movement has been my emotional language since I was a child. What shifted this month was the intention behind it. I moved when I felt called to, and I moved for myself — not to prevent burnout before a show, not to perform. For me.

My biggest focus this month was accepting my inconsistency without babying it. Saying: "Okay, I know you're here — but that's all the power I'm going to give you, because I'm here to work." That relationship with myself, that honesty without cruelty, has been my greatest breakthrough.

I'm significantly more energised than I was four weeks ago. Even waking up in the morning — and I have never been a morning person — I feel like I can take on the day. Some days are still a struggle and that's okay. But the shift is real.

What I'm most proud of is showing up for myself. Sticking to what I really wanted. Feeling my mind grow in perspective — and being excited to keep growing.

I started building a sacred space slowly, without overthinking it. The love and support from the sisters allowed me to trust the process. I didn't have to have it perfect. I just had to begin.

Movement has been a challenge. My body and emotions have felt extremely heavy at times, making it hard to keep going. But I put myself in a position where I could motivate myself — and most days were better than most. That's not nothing. That's actually everything.

Cycle awareness has been one of the most healing discoveries of this journey. I've always had irregular periods, and the lack of information around it genuinely scared me. Tracking now and learning about my rhythms has given me ease I didn't know I could have. I discovered my rhythm is actually normal. That knowledge alone has been transformative.

My biggest insight this month is that it's all about the next choice you make. Not the last one. Just the next one.

I'm feeling a sense of purpose again — or my spark. I deserve to feel the sun kiss my skin. I'm worth more than just surviving.

I completed my first year of university in Graphic Design this month. A huge milestone. And at the same time, I was learning how to balance responsibility with pleasure — work, creation, festivals, returning to my little business — all in the same breath. I found a rhythm where both discipline and play could exist together, and it felt like stepping into a new version of myself.

My sacred space has become a real anchor. It has everything meaningful to me: pictures of passed loved ones, little treasures collected on my travels, my Bible, protection candles, buddha statues, plants, art, Japanese-inspired spiritual objects. Even when I travel, I always take at least one object with me for representation and protection.

What surprised me most this month was the people who came into my life. Beautiful souls — and I truly feel it's connected to the frequency I'm embodying. As I've softened, listened to myself, and aligned with what feels authentic, the right people have just appeared. Almost magnetically.

I've become so much more aware of my cycle. Instead of pushing through, I honour my hormones, rest when my body asks, and allow my period to be a space of permission rather than resistance.
